- Contract Review and Broker Submission
- Personalized Introduction Letters to all parties involved at the beginning of every transaction (Escrow, Lender, Agents, and Clients), introducing ourselves and detailing important information, timelines, and what to expect next.
- Weekly updates on the same day each week, for every agent, showing what contingencies have been completed, which ones are coming due, and any items that are overdue. Keeping you informed, and the transaction on track, is key to our business standards.
- Ensuring file compliance for you and your Brokerage.
- Acquiring needed signatures for both you and your clients.
- Prepare necessary Disclosures.
- Transaction Audits.
- Create a digital file of all fully executed contract documents, disclosures, and reports. Upload files to an online management system (Dropbox, Skyslope, etc.) or send directly to your broker.
